Responsibilities
Service Now implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage ITOM, Discovery, and CMDB, ensuring infrastructure visibility and data accuracy.
Optimize ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog management.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Service Now Consultant Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, and CMDB.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
