Sales Manager for a Travel Agency in Faro, Portugal As a Sales Manager for our travel agency in Faro, Portugal, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.
You will also be in charge of managing a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:- Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve company targets- Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients- Building strong relationships with clients to secure long-term partnerships- Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities- Motivating and coaching the sales team to achieve their individual and team goals- Ensuring high-quality customer service is provided at all times- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction- Preparing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a Sales Manager in the travel industry.
You should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus bonuses based on performance.
