As a Project Analyst/PM Analyst at Ivy Partners, you will be tasked with:
Structuring and standardizing project management using JIRA.
Creating and optimizing workflows, boards, and tracking processes.
Supporting the organization of sprints, retrospectives, and other project routines.
Automating reporting and monitoring mechanisms.
Monitoring progress, dependencies, actions, and follow-ups.
Ensuring consistency in the use of defined tools and processes.
Collaborating with the PMO, project teams, and stakeholders in France.
Progressively supporting portfolio tracking and governance activities.
About You You are our ideal candidate if:
You have experience as a Project Analyst, PM Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
You have robust hands‑on experience with JIRA.
You are highly execution-focused and skilled in organization and monitoring.
You can thrive in unstructured environments and introduce discipline pragmatically.
You possess strong soft skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
Experience in corporate environments or large organizations is appreciated.
Experience with French organizations and/or French language skills is a plus.
Knowledge in Data context, especially familiarity with concepts like Snowflake, Synapse, or data ingestion, is valuable.
