Senior Project Manager – Agile & Banking Expertise , you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial services industry, dedicated to transforming banking through cutting-edge technology solutions.
You will oversee complex software projects, driving delivery excellence and fostering agile practices that deliver impactful results.

Your main responsibilities: Lead and coordinate software projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
Manage and develop project teams, optimizing resources and performance.
Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to plan, track, and adapt project functionalities effectively.
Communicate with IT and business stakeholders to align expectations and ensure smooth collaboration.
Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
Oversee delivery management, including scope, schedule, and risk mitigation.
Foster proactive problem solving and facilitate continuous improvement processes.
Utilize JIRA to manage workflows and document project progress.
You're ideal for this role if you have: At least 8 years of experience managing software projects and leading teams.
Strong expertise with Agile and Scrum methodologies and best practices.
Proven track record in planning and tracking complex project functionalities.
Experience in delivery management within the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (C1+) and French (C1+).
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster collaboration.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional) Banking industry experience.
Technical background in software development.
PMI certification or equivalent.
Language Required for the role: Fluent in French (C1+).
