What You’ll Do Provide technical assistance via Whats App and voice calls in English.
Help users troubleshoot and configure cameras, voice settings, and browsers.
Guide candidates through technical issues during their online testing process.
Diagnose and resolve errors quickly and effectively, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Document recurring issues and contribute to continuous process improvement.
What We’re Looking For Fluent or bilingual English speaker (spoken and written).
Excellent communication skills and a solution-focused mindset.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to navigate web tools and configurations.
Agility and precision in diagnosing and resolving issues.
Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
