Concierge Job Title: Concierge for Luxury Resort in Faro, Portugal Seasonal position with visa sponsorship available for all nationalities. Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process Provide information about the resort's amenities and local attractions Make reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, and other activities Arrange transportation for guests as needed Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally Ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner Maintain an organized concierge desk area and lobby display of brochures and information Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service throughout the resort Requirements

Previous experience as a concierge or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus) Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and transportation options Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits
