We are looking for a driven Junior Data Analyst that is passionate about understanding businesses and delivering insight to help solve problems.

The ideal candidate is a university graduate in an analytical field (such as Engineering or Economics), with at least 2 years of corporate work experience.

As a Junior Data Analyst & Automation Operations you will have four main tasks:- Manage automation platforms as Power Automate and Power Apps.- Clean and transform data, calculate useful analysis indicators and build automated reports using Power BI.- Carry out ad-hoc and recurring analysis for different projects.

This includes writing reports and building presentations for consulting teams as well as clients.

Let's talk about you:- You are an analytically driven individual - meticulous and inquisitive in your analysis work.- You are curious about businesses and are motivated to solve problems.- You are a clear communicator and can explain complex topics to both technical and business teams.- You are proactive and autonomous when getting work done.- You understand key marketing and sales business metrics.- You must be fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese.

And the hard-skills:- You know spreadsheets like the palm of your hand;- You are proficient in building queries in SQL and Python;- (As a plus) Youhave experience using DAX and building reports in Power BI.- (Another plus) You know your way round LLM platforms (Elastic Search and Open AI).
