- Business Management Officer
Who We're Looking For: A person to join an international Risk Solutions team supporting business management, governance and transformation across a global organisation.
You’ll help strengthen the team’s operating model through clear analysis, structured reporting and effective coordination of strategic initiatives.
Professional Experience & Main Tasks
Monitor headcount plans and support the team’s cross-shoring strategy.
Link skills assessments to resource planning and identify capability gaps.
Track progress, savings and budget information in coordination with relevant teams.
Build and improve dashboards and analyses, including on infrastructure costs.
Prepare governance presentations and coordinate committee materials.
Support transformation projects, status reporting and Share Point organisation.
Work with colleagues across the wider Risk Solutions team.
Skills & Experience
A degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
Relevant experience in banking, consulting, FP&A, operational excellence, process improvement, project management or a similar environment.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI for reporting and visualisation.
Strong Power Point skills and the ability to create clear, well-structured presentations.
