What We're Looking For
Language
Skills: Native or C2 level of Italian + B1/B2 level of English.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
Adaptability to a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
