THE OPPORTUNITY
Fully remote from Portugal, with opportunities to meet the team in Lisbon.
Freelance collaboration with full-time availability.
Fixed compensation plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. Amounts and conditions will be discussed during the selection process.
YOUR ROLE
Source and engage German-speaking candidates for international opportunities.
Interview candidates, assess their experience and motivations, and match them with relevant roles.
Manage candidate follow-up through interviews and onboarding.
Maintain accurate candidate records and collaborate with the Hira Talent team.
YOUR PROFILE
Previous recruitment experience is required.
Strong written and spoken German, and English for team communication.
Confident sourcing, interviewing and managing a recruitment pipeline.
Organised, proactive and motivated by results.
Based in Portugal and available for a full-time freelance collaboration.
