THE OPPORTUNITY Fully remote from Portugal, with opportunities to meet the team in Lisbon.
Freelance collaboration with full-time availability.
Fixed compensation plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
Amounts and conditions will be discussed during the selection process.
YOUR ROLE Source and engage English-speaking candidates for customer service and technical support opportunities.
Interview candidates in English and assess their communication, experience, motivations and availability.
Guide candidates through the selection process and maintain responsive follow-up.
Keep candidate records up to date and collaborate with the Hira Talent team.
YOUR PROFILE English at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
Strong communication, organisation and candidate follow-up skills.
A proactive, results-focused approach and confidence working remotely.
Recruitment experience is an advantage.
Based in Portugal and available for a full-time freelance collaboration.
This is an internal role with Hira Talent.
