Agile coaching and facilitation across cross-functional software teams.
Removal of technical, organizational and interpersonal blockers.
Visibility on team progress and health.
Contribution to Quarterly Planning and support in hiring and onboarding of new team members.
Must-Have
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent practical background 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master within software development teams Strong practice with Scrum, Kanban and Pair Programming Working knowledge of SAFe or another scaled agile framework Solid understanding of SDLC and Dev Ops principles Fluent English communication skills Would Be Great If You Have
Hands-on exposure to Azure Dev Ops Background in waterfall or traditional project management approaches What's In It For You
