Czech native or fluent speaker with strong
English communication skills to provide excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities include: Supporting customers via phone and email by answering questions about products and services.
Offering solutions through troubleshooting and resource utilization.
Building meaningful relationships with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
Meeting and exceeding service quality, compliance, and productivity goals.
Creating valuable customer experiences.
Following management directions and providing feedback.
Requirements: Native or proficient
- Czech
- (C2 level). Advanced
English skills (at least C1), both verbal and written.
Excellent communication skills, attentive listening, and strong writing skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Curiosity to learn and improve.
Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, and work onsite.
