The Opportunity We are an investment firm building a next-generation "AI Operating System" to power our deal flow and investor relations.
We are looking for a Low-Code Engineer who can own our operations stack.
We aren't looking for someone to just connect simple triggers (Zapier-style).
We need an architect who can build complex, multi-step workflows that fetch unstructured data (call transcripts, email history), process it via LLMs (Claude/GPT), and execute high-stakes communications with precision.
What You Will Build (General Scope)
AI-Driven Communications: Workflows that draft hyper-personalized emails to investors and clients by referencing historical data and context.
Intelligent Reporting Loops: Systems that periodically query our database to aggregate activity logs and generate strategic summaries for stakeholders.
Data Synchronization: Ensuring seamless data flow between our CRM (Attio), Database (Supabase), and Deal Room (Airtable).
Contextual RAG: Building logic that pulls specific past interactions (transcripts) to inform future AI outputs.
The Tech Stack
Orchestration: n8n (Primary requirement).
AI: Anthropic (Claude 3.5 Sonnet) & Open AI APIs.
Who You Are
Data Literate
You are comfortable writing SQL queries (Supabase) to fetch, filter, and aggregate specific datasets (e. g., "Fetch interactions from the last 48 hours").
Prompt Engineer
You understand how to structure System vs. User prompts to prevent hallucinations and ensure strict formatting compliance.
Detail Oriented
We automate high-value interactions. You understand the importance of testing and "kill-switches" to prevent errors.
