Responsibilities
Manage orders and contracts with internal departments and external clients;
Coordinate planning, production, and logistics;
Manage exports and commercial documentation;
Update operational data and reporting;
Provide support to clients and the sales team.
Requirements Our client is a great match if you:
Have excellent communication, teamwork, time and priority management skills;
Have attention to detail, results and focused on problem‑solving;
Have 2 years of professional experience in similar roles;
Have experience using ERP systems.
Languages
Fluent spoken and written German;
Fluent spoken and written Portuguese;
Advanced spoken and written English.
