About the Role
Our IT Business Analyst position is within a global IT services Finance and Controlling team, supporting all SAP and related applications. The job typically reports to IT Team Leader, IT Manager or Senior IT Manager. Ability to collaborate and work with various stakeholders Experience in facilitating workshops Proficiency in analysis tools to gather, analyze and process data as per business requirements. Fundamental understanding of aligning business needs to viable technical solutions. Ability to create business cases and translate needs to technical specifications Experience in collaborating with design teams for smooth requirements transition Ability to navigate and support implementation of solutions delivery within a matrix structure SAP Finance and Controlling functional capabilities Basic project management capabilities. What You Will Do
Contribute to pre-studies and breakdown of business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources according to standard templates Support facilitation of workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements, perform as-is analysis, and understand customer and user needs, strategies, and goals. Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization Support development of business cases and supports the portfolio prioritization process Continuously reviews and edits requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification Support implementation of to-be processes, incl. training delivery Who You Are
