The job typically reports to IT Team Leader, IT Manager or Senior IT Manager.Functional CompetenciesAbility to collaborate and work with various stakeholdersExperience in facilitating workshopsProficiency in analysis tools to gather, analyze and process data as per business requirements.Fundamental understanding of aligning business needs to viable technical solutions.Ability to create business cases and translate needs to technical specificationsExperience in collaborating with design teams for smooth requirements transitionAbility to navigate and support implementation of solutions delivery within a matrix structureSAP Finance and Controlling functional capabilitiesBasic project management capabilities.What You Will DoContribute to pre-studies and breakdown of business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources according to standard templatesSupport facilitation of workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements, perform as-is analysis, and understand customer and user needs, strategies, and goals.Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organizationSupport development of business cases and supports the portfolio prioritization processContinuously reviews and edits requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solutionParticipate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specificationSupport implementation of to-be processes, incl. training deliveryWho You AreYou are an individual who Communicates effectively, Collaborates, has customer Focus, persuades, makes quality decisions and is interpersonal savvy.
