Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Consultor Imobiliário role based at ERA Gaia Sul in Vila Nova de Gaia.
The role involves identifying and prospecting real estate opportunities, conducting property visits, and managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
The consultant will guide clients through the entire buying, selling, and renting process, preparing listings, gathering property documentation, and presenting tailored solutions.
Daily activities include conducting market analysis, organizing and attending client meetings, negotiating offers and contracts, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.
The role also includes ongoing participation in training initiatives to improve market knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, including local market trends and legal requirements.
Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong Negotiation abilities to manage offers, counteroffers, and contract terms effectively.
Experience in Training, mentoring, or willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple properties and client requests.
Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems; valid driver’s license is an advantage.
