We run some of Europe’s leading marketplaces for buying and selling businesses, with four brands across Sweden, Finland, Portugal and Poland.
Over 3 million visitors per year More than 100,000 registered buyers Thousands of business transactions every year We’re around fifteen people across four markets, with a central office in Stockholm supporting the local operations.
We’re growing fast and profitably, led by experienced entrepreneurs and backed by well-known investors.
We’re looking for someone to take full ownership of the user experience, on our local sites and at every touchpoint our users encounter.
From the moment someone considers selling their life’s work, to the listing going live and the right buyer getting in touch.
What you’ll do
You own the entire user experience across all our markets: the seller flow, the buyer experience, conversion, and the emails, notifications and copy customers see along the way.
You find where people get stuck yourself (in the data, in conversations with customers, in the sales team’s day-to-day), decide what’s worth acting on, and act on it.
Using AI and prototyping tools, you turn your ideas into something clickable and testable instead of describing them in words.
You’ll work alongside our development team, but you can change copy, landing pages, pricing and tests directly, without waiting on anyone.
You report to the CEO, work closely with our CTO and sit close to decisions.
There’s no backlog handed to you; you set the agenda for your areas.
Who you are
You’re obsessed with user experience and can explain what the user is trying to achieve before you open a design tool.
You know the experience is as much about what we write as how it looks.
You think commercially.
You connect product decisions to revenue without being asked, and you can say no to good ideas that don’t move the needle.
You build things yourself.
You’ve taken your own projects from idea to something that works, not just to wireframes.
You’ve owned an outcome and had to stand behind it.
Roughly three to six years of experience, but we care more about what you’ve done than how long you’ve done it.
You speak and write English fluently.
We don’t require a design degree or a background in large product organisations.
You can learn the business brokerage industry in a few weeks.
How we hire
A 30-minute call where we walk through something you’ve built.
A paid one-day case with a real problem from one of our sites.
A 90-minute review of the case together.
References and decision.
