ROLE
Oversee the flow of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accurate stock levels.
Create and apply strategies to optimize inventory.
Handle role-related administrative tasks, including product creation, placing orders, and invoice validation.
Track orders from creation through to their arrival and receipt at our warehouse.
Monitor and keep inventory management systems up to date.
Track service levels and stock turnover.
Optimize purchasing to prevent stockouts and reduce stock turnover days.
Collaborate with other teams to maintain stock integrity and meet operational requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in similar roles for 1 to 3 years (Preferred).
Analytical ability to interpret stock data and advanced Excel skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in service level monitoring.
Experience in supplier negotiations.
Fluent in both English and Portuguese (mandatory).
