Role Overview
Reporting directly to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C-level executives, the Junior Strategic Project Manager will oversee the initiation, planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects that are vital to the organization.
This position involves working across departments and potentially collaborating with external consultants and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Work alongside department heads and the C-suite to ensure organizational efforts support strategic goals.
Develop insights from data to inform strategy development.
Resolve key issues affecting the company across departments.
Ensure effective management of project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Qualifications
Outstanding academic record in a Business, Economics, or Engineering degree.
Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to tackle complex problems.
Leadership abilities, a strong sense of accountability, and the capacity to work independently.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced setting while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
