\"ROLE:\" - Campaign Support & Execution: Help set up, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, Tik Tok Ads, etc.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and help prepare performance dashboards and regular reports to support data-driven decisions.
- Market & Competitor Research: Research trends, competitors, and keywords to identify new opportunities and help refine ad strategies for maximum efficiency.
- Creative & Copy
Coordination: Work with design and content teams to support the creation and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages adapted to different platforms and audiences.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (2 years required)
- Interest in digital marketing and eagerness to grow in performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in Portuguese and independent-level proficiency in English
- Strong team player; autonomous, proactive and responsible
