\"ROLE: Administer the movement of incoming and outgoing goods efficiently, ensuring accurate stock levels.
Devise and implement strategies to optimize inventory.
Oversee administrative duties associated with the role, including product creation, order placement, and invoice validation.
Control the order cycle from creation through to receipt at our warehouse.
Monitor and preserve inventory management systems.
Manage service levels and stock turnover.
Optimize purchasing to prevent stockouts and reduce inventory turnover days.
Collaborate with other teams to maintain stock integrity and meet operational requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions (desirable).
Analytical skills to interpret stock data and advanced Excel proficiency.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing service levels.
Experience negotiating with suppliers.
Fluency in English and Portuguese (required).
