"ROLE
Find new influencers and affiliates, assess their suitability, and contact them in national and international markets.
Integrate partners into campaigns and activate their involvement, sustaining ongoing engagement.
Discuss commercial arrangements, promotional campaigns, and performance incentives.
Create and carry out initiatives focused on sales and restore engagement with inactive partners.
Monitor performance, identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion into new markets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment across campaigns, offers, and commercial materials.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or similar fields.
A minimum of 1 year working in marketing management.
Proactive mindset, enthusiasm for learning, and ability to prioritize work.
Strong skills in data analysis and communication; English fluency.
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or other tools is an advantage.
