ROLE
Seek out, qualify, and reach out to new influencers and affiliates across national and international markets.
Bring partners into campaigns and activate their participation, ensuring continuous engagement.
Discuss commercial terms, promotional activities, and incentives linked to performance.
Develop and execute sales-oriented initiatives and reconnect with inactive partners.
Track results and recognize opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and market expansion.
Work alongside internal teams to coordinate campaigns, offers, and commercial materials.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of marketing management experience.
Proactive approach, eagerness to learn, and ability to set task priorities.
Solid analytical and communication skills, with a focus on data analysis; fluent English.
Advanced Excel proficiency; knowledge of Power BI or other tools will be valued.
