What you'll do
Own Meta Ads day to day across both sides: consumer apps and Dans UGC B2B.
Find the trend early — the format, the sound, the hook — and get it into an ad the same week.
Brief the creative, and film it yourself when a trend won't wait.
You have 5,000+ clips and 40+ creators to pull from.
Run the testing cadence — hooks, angles, iterations, kill rules — and report CAC and ROAS honestly.
Expand into Tik Tok, Google, Snap and Linked In as the numbers justify it.
What we're looking for
You've personally managed Meta budgets, and can say what you spent and what came back.
Real creative taste — you can call a good hook from a mediocre one inside the first second.
Happy to be on camera, or filming rough footage, when speed matters more than polish.
You read data honestly, including when your own creative is the thing that’s losing.
