WORK MODEL Hybrid SCHEDULE Mon-Fri | 09:00-18:00 Why this opportunity Start or accelerate your finance operations career within a global diabetes technology project focused on advanced insulin-delivery solutions.
As a Junior O2C Specialist, you will support the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process across orders, billing, cash application, collections follow-up and reconciliations.
It is an excellent opportunity to build practical O2C experience in an international environment.
What you will do Process customer orders and inquiries accurately and on time.
Generate invoices and credit notes in line with company policies.
Perform daily cash application of customer payments.
Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.
Support simple customer queries and escalates more complex disputes when required.
Assist with reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end closing, and audit requirements.
Maintain accurate and updated customer master data in the ERP system.
What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C or Finance Operations; 2-5 years is considered a plus.
Strong French, both spoken and written.
Advanced English (C1).
Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
Good analytical skills and MS Excel knowledge; VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are particularly valuable.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Net Suite is a plus.
Customer-service orientation, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
What you will receive Gross salary: €1,428.60 per month.
Meal allowance: €167.86, paid over 11 months.
Monday-Friday schedule, 09:00-18:00, with weekends off.
Hands-on exposure to a complete international O2C process and a strong platform for career development in finance operations.
