We are hiring operations customer experts to join a multilingual team supporting an international client.
In this role you will combine customer care with operational knowledge to keep service running smoothly.
Fluency in French and English is essential, and your language skills will be used every day.
Key responsibilities
Manage customer requests that involve operational steps and account changes.
Monitor service levels and flag issues before they affect customers.
Support the team with process knowledge and quick problem solving.
Maintain accurate records and reporting for the operation.
Contribute ideas that improve workflows and customer experience.
Requirements
Fluent level in French and English.
Excellent written and spoken command of the languages listed in this advert.
A professional, friendly and patient communication style.
Comfort working with computers and several systems at the same time.
Reliability, attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.
