Cross Border Talents is recruiting an English-speaking Operations Customer Expert to support small and medium-sized businesses in the digital advertising environment.

What will you do? You will communicate with customers across chat, email, and phone, providing guidance on advertising products and tools. You will assist customers before and after sales, help resolve technical or product-related questions, and ensure every interaction feels professional and supportive.

Your key responsibilities:

Deliver customer support across multiple communication channels.

Help businesses use self-service advertising solutions.

Investigate customer concerns and explain available solutions.

Manage difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Protect confidential and sensitive information.

Contribute to positive customer satisfaction results.

Your profile:

C1 English or higher.

Strong communication and writing skills.

A calm, friendly, and customer-focused approach.

Confidence handling challenging interactions.

Fast learning skills and a willingness to work in a team.

The opportunity:

On-site in Lisbon.

40 hours per week.

Rotating shifts.

Comprehensive training provided.

Applicants must already be legally authorised to work in Portugal and currently live in Lisbon.
