At Cross Border Talents, we are looking for an English-speaking Operations Customer Expert who can combine excellent communication with practical problem-solving.
In this role, you will support small and medium-sized businesses using digital advertising products and tools.
Your goal will be to make every interaction clear, useful, and positive.
Your responsibilities
Assist customers through phone, chat, and email.
Provide guidance on advertising products and self-service tools.
Support customers with questions before and after sales.
Resolve concerns while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
De-escalate difficult situations when necessary.
Contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality.
What you bring
C1 English proficiency or above.
Excellent written and spoken communication.
Empathy, patience, and strong listening skills.
The ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
A team-player attitude and willingness to learn.
Position details
On-site.
40 working hours per week.
Rotating shift pattern.
Structured training for new employees.
Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal and currently reside in Lisbon.
