Responsibilities
Provide top-notch customer support in your C2-level native language.
Assist customers with their inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
Requirements
C2 proficiency level in Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish.
Good command of English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to work in rotating shifts.
