Provide high-quality customer service support for paid digital marketing campaigns and platforms. Assist users with digital advertising tools, social media product navigation, and campaign troubleshooting. Collaborate with an international, energetic team dedicated to high customer satisfaction. Schedule & Hours
Working Hours:
10:00 – 19:00 Initial Schedule:
Monday to Sunday, 07:00 – 19:00 (Rotative shifts: 07:00–16:00 / 10:00–19:00) Future Schedule:
Potential shift to 24/7 coverage with rotating shifts and 2 rotating days off. What We Are Looking For
Languages:
Full fluency in both
French
and
English
(spoken & written). Experience:
Mandatory experience in
paid campaign management
or digital marketing. Background:
Degree in Marketing (or related field) or experience within a contact center/service program for advertising tech/social media products. Skills:
