What You Will Do
Deliver Exceptional Support:
Provide friendly, empathetic, and professional assistance to streaming service members via phone, email, or chat.
Problem Solving & Account Management:
Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
Product & Service Expertise:
Guide users through products, services, and features with accurate information.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and performance standards.
Who We Are Looking For
Language Requirements:
Full fluency in Castilian (Spanish)and English (B1 level), alongside fluency in Basque.
Profile & Qualities:
Passionate about customer service, problem-solving, and digital entertainment technology.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, 24/7 rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Work Details
Workplace: On-site.
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day + 1-hour lunch break) on a 24/7 rotational shift pattern.
Contract: 12-month foreseeable term contract, transitioning to permanent employment after 2 years, with a 1-month trial period upon signing.
Holidays: Includes Portuguese public holidays (compensation day provided if worked). You receive up to 20 days vacation in your first year (proportional to start date) and 22 days per calendar year thereafter.
