The Role

As an Operations Customer Expert, you will deliver high-quality, reactive support across multiple channels to consumer and business users of cutting-edge AI technologies and paid digital marketing campaigns.

Ad & Campaign Support:

Assist users with digital marketing tools, paid ad setups, and campaign management.

Billing & Subscriptions:

Manage invoicing, account billing, and payment queries seamlessly.

Account Optimization:

Troubleshoot and resolve complex account access issues efficiently.

User Guidance:

Walk users through new features and showcase how to maximize AI tools.

Candidate Requirements

Language:

Fluent or Native-level written and spoken English.

Experience:

At least 6 months of experience in digital marketing campaigns, paid ads, or online advertising management.

Tech Skills:

Strong technical aptitude, fast learner, and passion for software and AI innovation.
