Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative in Porto, Portugal (On Site), you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.
Responsibilities
Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
Attract potential customers by answering questions, suggesting, and adding information about all services to meet the customer needs.
Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.
Qualifications
High level of Spanish (C1 written and oral) and good level of English.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions.
Proactive, self‑motivated, and a great team player.
