As a Customer Service Representative in Porto, you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and fulfil client expectations related to operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Respond to inbound queries through chat, email, or tickets.
Guide clients with knowledge and solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Address queries and smooth out any hiccups in the customer experience.
Innovate and organise to contribute to a seamless workflow and enhanced merchant experiences.
Your Qualifications
Fluent in European Portuguese (written and spoken at C2 level) with English fluency (minimum B2).
Available for night shift (8 pm to 8 am).
At least 1 year of customer support experience within a fast‑paced organisation.
Customer‑centric mindset with a desire to go above and beyond targets.
Effective time management and organisational skills.
Problem‑solving spirit and a strong team player.
Desire to learn and continue to develop.
