Job Title Customer Representative (Polish-speaking) - Insurance Company (On-Site, Lisbon, Portugal)
Responsibilities Receive telephone calls or chats from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy.
Process requests via transaction in the client policy administration system, and/or write and send replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc., to the insured.
Do indexation & electronic archiving in the document management tool.
Manage policy change requests, updating payment details.
Make claims and cancel requests.
Qualifications High level of Polish (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
Previous customer experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and writing skills, formal and diplomatic stance.
Proactive, self‑motivated, and a great team player.
