Customer Representative (French-speaking) – Streaming Service Project You’ll work as a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On‑Site), ensuring performance goals are met across all operations and fulfilling client expectations related to operational excellence.
What You Will Do In This Role
Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries.
Provide account and application support to viewers concerning software functionality.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings.
Provide accurate and real‑time answers to viewers’ inquiries and contribute to creating brand engagement for our clients.
Your Qualifications
High level of French and English (oral and written).
Passion for the entertainment and media industry.
Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices.
Positive and can‑do attitude.
