What will you do?
- Support users with questions about app features, accounts and digital payments
- Troubleshoot login issues, payment delays and other app-related problems
- Guide users through account setup and identity verification
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat or social media
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams
- Deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction
What are we looking for?
- High level of Catalan and C1 English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps and digital platforms
- Excellent communication and a customer-focused mindset
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus
- Availability to work rotating shifts, 24/7
