What could your role involve?
Reviewing and assessing user-generated content, including text, images, videos and advertisements.
Checking whether content complies with platform policies and community guidelines.
Identifying inappropriate, misleading or potentially harmful content.
Making accurate and consistent moderation decisions.
Escalating complex cases according to established procedures.
Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and productivity.
Supporting a safer and more reliable online environment.

Languages we're looking for German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, French, Spanish, Italian and Polish.
What we're looking for
Fluency in one of the listed languages.
Good English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to follow policies and make objective decisions.
Good computer literacy.
Previous experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Content Review, Customer Service or Backoffice is an advantage.
Current residence in Portugal, preferably within commuting distance of Oeiras.
Valid legal right to work in Portugal.
Availability to work 100% on-site.
Salary Package

€1,650 gross monthly base salary
€9 meal allowance per working day
French, Spanish, Italian & Polish
€1,400 gross monthly base salary
