Business Development – Defense and Security for a client on our Talent Team.
Your must have: Experience in managing and developing strategic accounts in the security and/or defense sectors.
Ability to identify business opportunities and manage the full commercial cycle.
Proven track record in building and strengthening long‑term relationships with institutional and governmental clients.
Experience in contract negotiation and managing technical and commercial proposal processes.
Strong coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Solid understanding of regulatory compliance within the security/defense sector.
Ability to align deliverables with stringent technical requirements specific to the industry.
