Right now, weare looking for a
Cybersecurity Engineer to integrate our talent team.
Yourresponsibilities include: Define and implement security controls across NOSenvironments.
Evaluate and test cybersecurity solutions todetermine the best fit for the company's needs and context.
Ensure the security of network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, network segmentation, data centersecurity solutions, NDR, SASE, and related technologies.
Validate configurations and perform hardening ofdata center systems.
Assess and implement additional requirements inexisting solutions, including new functionalities, continuousimprovements, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with different NOS business areas toidentify, assess, and characterize technologies and their associatedcybersecurity risks.
Manage projects and produce the necessarydocumentation to support project tracking and implementation.
Produce technical documentation for tested andimplemented solutions, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
Monitor emerging cybersecurity technologies, market trends, and threat landscapes.
Align internal cybersecurity strategy withindustry best practices and technologies that enhance visibility and riskmitigation capabilities.
Communicate cybersecurity risks, mitigationmeasures, and technology recommendations to stakeholders.
Contribute, when required, to the cybersecurityincident management process.
Youmust have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professionalexperience.
Minimum 4 years experience in cybersecurity engineeringroles or similar.
Relevant experience in identifying, assessing, and managing cybersecurity risks (e. g., conducting cybersecurityassessments).
Relevant experience in technology riskmanagement.
Strong knowledge of network protocols.
Hands-on experience with firewall solutions suchas Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, or similar.
Experience working with Linux and Windows Serveroperating systems in a security-focused environment.
Leadership skills and ability to work effectivelyin a team environment.
Strong conflict management and stakeholdercoordination skills, including experience working with multidisciplinaryteams.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Proactive mindset with a pragmatic andinitiative-driven approach.
Resilience, adaptability to change, and abilityto manage ambiguity.
Critical thinking and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to make decisions independently and solvecomplex problems.
Wevalue: Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies andsecurity architectures.
Experience or knowledge within thetelecommunications industry.
Exposure to advanced security domains such as NDR, SASE, data center security, and enterprise network securitysolutions.
Demonstrated interest in cybersecurity markettrends, emerging technologies, and threat intelligence.
