CCTalents is recruiting English-speaking Advertiser Support professionals for the UK market, working on site in Lisbon.
You will support business advertisers with digital advertising products and help resolve technical and operational enquiries.
Previous experience in paid campaign management is mandatory and must be clearly evidenced in your CV.
What you will do
- Manage advertiser enquiries by email and chat, from initial investigation through to resolution.
- Troubleshoot product issues and collaborate with operations and engineering teams.
- Provide regular customer updates and meet service levels and quality standards.
- Help advertisers use product features and improve their experience.
English at C1 level or above.
Previous experience in paid campaign management is mandatory and must be clearly evidenced in your CV.
Experience in digital marketing.
Experience in a contact centre or service programme for an advertising technology company.
Confident use of social media products and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
Strong customer service skills.
Availability to work rotating shifts.
A degree in Marketing or a related field is an advantage, not a mandatory requirement.
Welcome bonus of EUR 2,000, paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment.
Base salary of EUR 920 per month, paid 14 times per year.
Complexity allowance of EUR 40, paid 11 times per year.
Net meal allowance of EUR 7.63 per working day.
A six-month employment contract.
Health insurance available from day one with a monthly contribution and a Portuguese tax number (NIF) and social security number (NISS); free after six months of employment.
Relocation from abroad: a room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months, with monthly rent of EUR 280 including utility bills, deducted from salary.
For moves within Portugal, this support is limited to candidates currently living in accommodation provided by competitors.
On-site work in Lisbon, Portugal. Full-time with rotating shifts and two rotating days off. Availability for rotational shifts is required.
