Cross Border Talents is looking for a Content Moderator to support a leading e-commerce platform.
In this role, you will play a vital part in guaranteeing product standards and ensuring a safe, trustworthy experience for global users.
What you will be doing
Content Review: Analyze and moderate content in line with strict policy guidelines and Service Levels (SLAs).
Quality Control: Guarantee high product and service standards while maintaining consistent, objective, and accurate decision-making.
Policy Compliance: Ensure safety and legal compliance for all user-generated content.
Operational Excellence: Escalate complex issues according to protocols and adapt quickly to policy shifts and peak seasonal volumes. What we are looking for:
Strong analytical skills with an ability to make objective and consistent decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid understanding of local market/cultural nuances.
Resilience and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills.
What we offer
Attendance Bonus: €100.
Meal Allowance: €7.63 (net) per working day.
