Role
Spanish Customer Support Specialist
Location
Lisbon, Portugal (On-site; candidates must be locally available or willing to relocate independently)
Schedule
Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM (Monday–Sunday, 2 rotational days off per week)
What We Are Looking For
Language Skills
- Native or fluent Spanish, combined with
- C1-level English
(verified via Harver assessment).
Experience
Minimum
1 year of customer service experience with a track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
