Location: Cascais School of Arts & Design (CSA) – Cascais, Portugal
Cascais School of Arts & Design is looking for a proactive, tech-savvy and creative individual to join our team!
We are seeking someone who can provide day-to-day IT support to our students and staff while also assisting with multimedia equipment and creative software.
Key Responsibilities IT Support: Install, configure and troubleshoot software and hardware used by students and staff.
Student Assistance: Provide day-to-day technical support in classrooms, computer labs and creative studios.
Creative Software: Assist students and staff with design and video software, including Adobe Creative Cloud and other industry-standard tools.
Photography & Video: Set up and operate cameras, lighting and audiovisual equipment for classes, workshops and school activities.
Multimedia Support: Assist with basic video editing, content production and technical preparation for school projects and events.
What We’re Looking For Good general IT knowledge, particularly software installation and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar applications.
Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
Basic knowledge of photography, video cameras, lighting and audiovisual equipment.
Good communication skills, a problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently.
Good command of Portuguese and English.
Previous experience in an educational or creative environment is a plus, but not essential.
