YOUR ROLEWe are looking for motivated developers with experience as a Business Analyst to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role you will be responsible for: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications; Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization; Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements; Document detailed functional requirements, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria; Provide support during development and testing.

YOUR PROFILEAt least 3 years of experience; Knowledge of the banking sector, particularly in customer-related areas; Requirements analysis skills; Ability to write functional tests; Work experience in scrum methodology; Analysts with technical skills are preferred; Experience in documenting detailed functional requirements; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
