Managing software projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery and post-go-live support.
Defining and monitoring project roadmaps, releases, and key milestones.
Managing scope, budget, timelines, quality, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.
Ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.
Preparing executive reporting and facilitating steering committee meetings.
Managing project governance, escalations, change requests, and delivery issues.
Monitoring compliance with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
Coordinating production releases and post-implementation activities.
Promoting Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Требования:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale and complex software development projects.
Proven experience managing complex information systems and digital transformation initiatives.
Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, or an equivalent project management framework.
Strong experience managing contracts, suppliers, budgets, and cross‐functional teams.
Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery lifecycles.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, project governance, and escalations, coupled with strong planning, organizational, and problem‐solving capabilities.
Fluent Portuguese and good command of English. Условия
