YOUR ROLE
As an Engineering Unit Manager – Telecom Networks, you will lead a strategic engineering business unit, driving growth, operational excellence, customer success, and people development.
You will
Define and execute the unit's business and growth strategy.
Own the P&L, ensuring revenue, margin, and profitability targets are achieved.
Lead large multidisciplinary engineering teams and foster a high-performance culture.
Develop strategic customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Support pre-sales activities and shape complex solutions.
Ensure successful delivery of telecom engineering programs and managed services.
Drive transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Build the capabilities, talent, and organizational structure required for future growth.
YOUR PROFILE
10+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Engineering Services, or Technology Consulting.
Proven leadership of large engineering organizations, business units, or delivery centers.
Strong P&L management and business development experience.
Track record of managing strategic customers and executive stakeholders.
Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams.
Strong understanding of Telecom Networks, Managed Services, and Engineering Delivery.
Knowledge of 5G, RAN, Core Networks, OSS/BSS, Network Operations, or Cloud Network Transformation is highly valued.
Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and execution focus.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
