Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, and messaging in French and English.
Assist customers with car rental reservations, booking conditions, and rental procedures.
Support clients before, during, and after their rental experience.
Recommend additional services and identify sales opportunities.
Handle post-rental inquiries, including invoices and damage-related issues.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure timely, effective solutions.
Requirements
Fluent or native-level proficiency in French and English.
At least 1 year of contact centre or customer service experience preferred.
Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
Excellent conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday, rotational shifts between 07:00 and 18:00.
Weekends off.
On-site position in Porto, Portugal.
Benefits
Food allowance of €7.63 per working day.
Relocation support, including shared accommodation for up to 12 months for candidates relocating from outside Portugal.
Relocation details will be discussed during the interview.
Flight tickets are not included.
